Lindsay P. Garrels, Esquire
Lindsay P. Garrels joined Stuckert and Yates as an Associate in 2024. Ms. Garrels received her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2012. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She resides in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania.
Lindsay is member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Stuckert and Yates, Lindsay was an attorney with the Bucks County Domestic Relations Section in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. There, she advocated for the children and families of Bucks County to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania’s Child Support Program. During her time in law school, Lindsay received the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Public Interest Award and gained invaluable experience working with several of Philadelphia’s leading legal aid organizations. Lindsay practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and landlord tenant law and is developing her practice in orphan’s court litigation, real estate law, and estate planning.
