Don F. Marshall, Esquire

Don F. Marshall is a partner with Stuckert and Yates, having worked there since 1973. He is a 1968 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a 1973 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. He devotes his practice primarily to land use, real estate, estate planning and estate administration work with additional areas of interest in banking, small business and corporate work. He is a past member of the Corporate Board of George School, a member of the Corporate Board of Pennswood Village, a Trustee of the Knights of Pythias, Defiance Lodge, Newtown, a Corporate Board Member of the Newtown Cemetery Association and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Newtown Community Foundation. Additionally, Don is a past Director of the Bucks County Bar Association, past President of the Washington Crossing Rotary Club and a Member of a number of civic, fraternal and charitable organizations. He is married and has one son and two granddaughters and for the past several years has served as managing partner of Stuckert and Yates.
