Justin M. Pilchman, Esquire

Justin M. Pilchman is a partner at Stuckert & Yates and has been with us since 2019. Mr. Pilchman received his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018. Prior to law school, Justin attended Moravian University where he received his B.A. in Sociology with a double minor in Ethics and Political Science. While at Moravian, he was a student-athlete as a four-year starting player for the University’s baseball program.

Justin, a Newtown native, is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations, as well as the Younger Lawyers Division and Bucks County Chapter of American Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions:

  • Pennsylvania state courts
  • New Jersey state courts
  • U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
  • U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania
  • U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
  • U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey

Prior to joining Stuckert & Yates, Justin gained invaluable experience as an associate attorney with a prominent employment law firm in Philadelphia. There, he litigated employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims on behalf of clients in state and federal courts. Justin practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, real estate law, civil litigation, orphans’ court litigation, guardianship matters, and employment law.
