
D. Keith Brown has practiced law in Bucks County with Stuckert & Yates for more than 40 years. In 2025 he shifted his status to be “of counsel” to the firm, where he continues to work in concert with the other attorneys at Stuckert & Yates to meet the client's needs in the areas of Estate Planning & Administration, Real Estate, Non-Profits, & Business Transactions.
Mr. Brown received his law degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1984, preceded by a B.A. (Economics) from Bucknell University in 1981. He served as a Law Clerk to Honorable Ronald Vican in Monroe County, Pennsylvania before joining Stuckert & Yates.
Keith is a member of the Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is a multi-year recipient of the Five Star Investment Professional award in the area of estate planning.
He is enjoying spending extra time with his wife, Barbara, and their increasing number of grandchildren, supporting his church, serving on several civic and charitable boards, and engaging in a variety of opportunities for volunteer service that the Newtown community provides.
