Christopher S. Mahoney, Esquire

Christopher S. Mahoney is a partner with Stuckert & Yates and has been with the firm since 2016. Chris received his law degree from Seton Hall University in 2008. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Justice Studies from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey. He currently resides with his wife in Jamison, Pennsylvania.

Chris is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the largest international legal fraternity, and previously served as Vice Justice of the New Jersey Alumni Chapter. Chris is also a member of the Rotary Club of Newtown and the Bucks County Bar Assocication. He served as an officer to the Young Lawyers' Division of the Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Opportunity Council and the Bucks County Bar Association.

Prior to joining Stuckert & Yates, Chris gained invaluable experience litigating on behalf of clients in municipal, state, and federal courts. His practice includes business and commercial transactions, estate planning and administration, land use, real estate and civil litigation.  He also represents and guides clients who have been fortunate enough to win significant lottery prizes.

Chris was named to the 2016, 2019, 2020 and 2021 Super Lawyers Rising Stars Lists.
